Newly bought HPC systems needed to be integrated as a complete HPC turn-key solution.

We have realized the works related to installations of HPC system in Erzurum Ataturk University as we have accomplished the installations in other academic institutions. Necessary program installations like Intel Complier, OpenMpI and GFortran have been performed for development of parallel software in the system that contains the softwares like Gaussian, Spartan.

File System : NFS over ethernet

Platform : RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.x

Workload & Resource Manager, Job Schedular, MPI : Platform LSF 7.x, intel-MPI, Open-MPI

Cluster Management Software : HP CMU 3.x

Applications : Gaussian, Gausview, Spartan, Charmm, GFortran
