Newly Bought HPC systems needed to be integrated as a complete HPC turn-key solution.

Creation of HPC structure has been realized by our company by utilizing the software like Fluent, Nastran, Patran, Ls-Dyna for the works performed in TÜBİTAK SAGE which was founded for research&development activities on defense industry.

This structure is compatible both for Windows and Linux applications since it is dual-boot.

Network : DDR Infiniband Performance Network with voltaire infiniband switch ISR 9024D-M

File System : NFS over Infiniband

Platform : RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.x

Workload & Resource Manager, Job Schedular, MPI : Platform LSF 7.x,  Intel-MPI, Open-MPI,

Cluster Management Software : HP CMU 3.x

Applications : LS-Dyna, Ansys-Fluent 6.x , 12.x, Nastran, Patran
