Newly Bought HPC systems needed to be integrated as a complete turn-key solution.

Atilim University  is one of the innovative university of Turkey.  The primary mission of Metal Forming Center of Excellence is successively to improve information-based manufacturing technology.

 A HPC structure which contains the software like Fluent, Nastran, Patran, Ls-Dyna, Lstc-Dyna together with Infiniband Performance Network support which has high capacity of bandwidth is built by our Company in order to be used in Research & Development activities.

RHN, yum repository deployment, LDAP deployment & configuration for user auth. Xcat deployment & scripting, Torque & ganglia compiling. Infiniband  tuning.

Preparing MOAB Job Submission & Queuing  Scripts. Preparing  Installation, Management & User Manuals Documentation.

Eclipse and Fortran integration, ECLIPSE intel-MPI bug reporting & case tracking&solving

2 day training for Intel Cluster Toolkit v3.2 (with Intel MPI, MKL libraries,  and Compilers), MOAB, ECLIPSE and PBS
