Computational Electromagnetic Research Center (2008)

Existing  HPC systems needed to be integrated as a complete Dual-Boot HPC turn-key solution.

A work has been performed for installation of HPC system which has Infiniband Performance Network in the Center that performs various researches on electromagnetic topic. OpenSuse distribution installation has been realized on this HPC system.

Hardware : 16 HPC server (Mainly HP BL460c BladeServers, ie, HP Blade System C7000 enclosure)

Network : DDR Infiniband Performance Network with voltaire infiniband switch ISR 9024D-M

File System : CIFS , NFS over Infiniband

Platform : Microsoft Windows Server 2008 HPC Edition, RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.x

Workload & Resource Manager, Job Schedular, MPI : Microsoft Native Tools, MS-MPI, Open-PBS, Torque, Intel-MPI, Open-MPI

Cluster Management Software : Ms-Side; Native MS HPC Server Deployment Tools, Linux Side; None
