Physics Department (2007)

Newly bought HPC systems needed to be integrated as a complete HPC turn-key solution. Integration works of nodes that are added to the system and building of HPC system has been realized by our company in order to be used in the academic studies that is implemented in Fatih University Physics Department.

The software like Gaussian, Charmm in HPC structure are utilized that are used Infiniband technologies.

Hardware : 16 HPC server (Mainly HP oriented servers, ie, DL16x),

Network : DDR Infiniband Performance Network with voltaire infiniband switch ISR 9024D-M

File System : NFS over Infiniband

Platform : RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.x

Workload & Resource Manager, Job Schedular, MPI : Platform LSF 7.x, intel-MPI

Cluster Management Software : HP CMU 3.x

Applications : Gaussian, Gausview, Charmm, Spartan, Moe, Molden, etc.
