Newly Bought HPC systems needed to be integrated as a complete HPC turn-key Campus Wide HPC Cluster Solution

Creation of HPC structure has been realized by our company by utilizing the Parallel Applications Softwares like Ansys Fluent, Gaussian, Material Studio Castep, W.A.S.P. , Ansys Maxwell for the works performed in the University for the researchers & academicians from different diciplines.

Providing support related to systems still on going under maintenance agreements.

Hardware : 24 HPC server (Fujitsu RX 200, Rx 300 Series Servers), 1 Fujitsu DX90S2 FC Storage

Network : QDR Infiniband Performance Network with Mellanox QDR infiniband switch

File System : Lustre 2.2.0.2 PFS with 2 MDS (clustered services),2 OSS with 4.2 TB Filesystem Size with Rx300 Series Servers

Platform : CentOS Linux 6.2

Workload & Resource Manager, Job Schedular, MPI : PSB/Torque, Open-MPI

Cluster Management Software : None

Cluster Monitoring Software : Ganglia 3.1

Applications : Ansys-Fluent 14.x, 12.x, Ansys Maxwell 1.6, Gaussian 0.9c ,Accelrys Material Studio 6 Castep  , W.A.S.P. 5.2.8
